Launching our Strategic Plan

From strong foundations: 2012-2015

We are delighted to launch our Strategic Plan for the next four year period.

When you read through the pages of the Strategic Plan you will read:

• about our philosophy of continuous improvement
• feel the energy and high levels of innovation within the school
• relate to the desire we have to educate girls in a 21^st Century model of education celebrating their global citizenship
• be touched by the 5 Goals of our Sacred Heart Education and the impact each has on the girls’ development.

True to our leadership within our community the Strategic Plan is the final stage of a year long consultative process.  We met with staff, students (from Years 5 – 12), alumnae, parents (past and present), Foundation Board, School Board and RSCJ to ascertain what was distinctly Sacré Cœur, what were our strengths, our challenges, our vision and our hopes for the next four years.

We are very grateful to the expertise and advice of Mr Robert Eames (external Consultant) who facilitated many of these forums.

I am also indebted to the efforts and commitment of both the school Leadership Team and School Board who have worked tirelessly on this very comprehensive Strategic Plan.
